Refund & Return Policy

Returns

We want you to be happy with your purchase! If you'd like to return an item, please reach out to us within 48 hours of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase is required.
  • Custom or personalized items cannot be returned.

  • Items marked as final sale

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll process your refund within 3–7 working days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method — if you paid via PayHere (card/online), the refund will be credited back through the same channel. For bank transfer payments, refunds will be processed via bank transfer.

  • Original delivery charges are non-refundable.
  • Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item and place a new order for the correct product.

Order Cancellation

If you'd like to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible — ideally before it's shipped. Once dispatched, the return policy will apply.
